미래의 물류정책은 규모의 경제와 범위의 경제적 특성으로 대형물류기업 정책에서 중견물류기업을 위한 정책으로 그리고 동반 성장하는 동기가 필요하다. FTA로 국제물류네워크의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 현실에서 물류서비스업의 구조조정은 불가피하다. 물류기업은 중견 및 대기업 모두 글로벌화 되어 있는 산업이며 글로벌화는 중요한 핵심 경쟁요소이다. 글로벌 물류시장은 대형물류기업과 중견물류기업의 시장이 일정부분 분리되어있다. 물류산업은 각각 특성화된 역할을 분담하고 있는 분사구조의 컨소시엄 형태 산업이다. 그리고 중견물류기업은 글로벌 물류환경 구조에서 물류서비스를 핵심역량으로 강화한다. 따라서 중견물류기업 운영에 관한 효율성과 생산성에 관한 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구는 DEA/WINDOW, Malmquist분석으로 안정성과 생산성 변화를 검증하였다. WINDOW 분석결과는 ㈜천경이 0.008로 나타나 가장 안정적이다. Malmquist 분석결과는 DMU별로는 2007-2008년도 1.196에서 2008-2009년도 0.904로 생산성이 악화 되었다. 2009-2010년도에 회복세를 보이다가 2010-2011년 다소 감소하는 추세를 보였다. 경영의 효율성은 장금상선, 한익스프레스, 한국파렛트풀, 천경해운㈜, 선진해운항공, ㈜동진이다. Frontier 분석 결과는 한국로지스풀의 평균값이 1 미만으로 기술진보가 미비하였다.
Abstract
The standard Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models have been applied to Middle Standing logistics providers group on Korea in order to measure efficiency. This study was applying the DEA, Window analysis, Malmquist model. The sixteen regional government logistics service industry that had been observed during 2007 to 2011were chosen as samples of the DMU. Current logistics policy is only focused on total logistics providers. However, in the future, the policy should move on to a new policy that also embraces small and Middle Standing sized enterprises. These days, the importance of international logistics is growing. Therefore, restructuring logistics service industries is inevitable. Logistics providers are already being globalized whether they are small & Middle Standing or big logistics providers. Naturally, being globalized is a very crucial factor when it comes to on competition. Global logistics market is made of two major factors. One is total logistics providers and the other is small and middle sized logistics providers. Logistics industries can be described as a form of consortium and individuals are specialized in their specific filed. The research on efficiency and productivity of Middle Standing logistics providers is required. This paper used DEA/WINDOW, Malmquist analysis in order to verify stability and productivity. According to WINDOW analysis, Chenkyong ranked at the top by scoring 0.008 and it was the most stable company. According to Malmquist analysis, productivity of all the providers was decreased from 1.196 (2007-2008) to 0.904 (2008-2009). from 2009-2010, it was recovered, but during 2010-2011, it slightly decreased. According to management efficiency research, Jongkum Shipping ranked at the top and the others are as following: Hanink Express, Hankook pallet pull, Chenkyong, Sunjin shipping Air, Donggin. According to Frontier analysis, Hankook logistics pull, scored under 1 point, so the company's technical progress was inadequate.
