지역적 특성에 따른 신상정보등록 성범죄자 분포 특성 분석: CPTED 인증지역을 중심으로

이 연구는 지역적 특성과 신상정보등록 성범죄자 실거주지의 분포특성과의 관계를 탐색적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 범죄예방전략으로써 CPTED를 특정지역에 인증하는 것은 범죄의 두려움을 감소시키는 것이 중요한 이유이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 실제 CPTED 인증지역에 거주하는 신상정보등록 성범죄자의 분포특성과의 관계 분석을 통해 향후 CPTED 인증지역 선정에 기준을 마련하고 CPTED 인증제도의 타당도를 확보하려는 탐색적 연구의 목적도 가진다. 이러한 연구목적을 수행하기 위해서 수도권의 CPTED 인증지역 정보와 e성범죄알림이 서비스 정보 통계청의 통계정보를 활용하여 공간상관 분석, 핫스팟 분석, 공간회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 성범죄가 전역적 공간상관성을 가짐을 확인하였다. 또한 성범죄의 국지적 모란 I지수의 경우 연천군, 동두천시, 가평군, 남양주시, 양평군 경기 북부지역이 서로 High-High 관계를 나타내는 것을 확인 하였다. 핫스팟 분석결과는 양주, 포천, 하남, 양평, 여주 등 경기 북동부 지역이 성범죄자들이 밀집하여 거주하는 것으로 나타났다. 공간오차모델(Spatial Error Model)모형을 통한 공간회귀분석 결과 기존의 사회를 대표하는 지표들이 성범죄들의 거주지에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 성범죄자의 거주에 영향을 미치는 외생변수가 존재함을 확인하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to provide a basis for future CPTED certification area as well as ensures the validity of CPTED certification system through confirming the relationship of CPTED certification area and sex crime occurrence. Using the information of CPTED certification metropolitan area and e-notification of sexual statistic, the study carries out spatial correlation analysis, hot-spot analysis and spatial regression analysis. The results show that sexual crimes have the global spatial correlation. In addition, the local Moran index I of sexual crimes represents High-High relationship in Yeoncheon County, Dongducheon County, Gapyeong-gun, Namyang-ju, the Northern Region of Yangpyeong-gun. The Northern area of Gyeongi, Yangju, Pocheon, Hanam, Yangpyeong, are the area where sexual offender are densely inhabited resulting from hotspot analysis. However, Spatial Error Model shows that social representing indexes are not affected to the sexual offender living area so there must be external factors existed.
