Abstract

There is a police trauma-center for treatment of various police stress. This center is for police officers who experienced post-traumatic stress and mental stress that may be caused by traumatic events. This study on the user’s satisfaction of the center is very important but there is no. A satisfaction of police officer using the trauma-center is a way to evaluate the quality of trauma-center service, which you can learn an important indicator of the effectiveness of trauma-center. So this study measured customer experience and overall trauma-center and propose some policy implications by analyzing each factor (using the route, environment, services, socio-demographic characteristics). The results are listed below. First, the overall satisfaction value of the users was higher than average. Especially, the kindness and responsiveness were higher than other areas. Second, the more police officer is young showed higher effectiveness-satisfaction. Third, there is a difference between executives and non-executives in the kindness and effectiveness of the trauma center. Fourth, police officers who working in a police box and a police branch showed higher satisfaction than working in a police station and Metropolitan Police Agency. Fifth, a police officer working in the Traffic Division and Public Safety Division was showing a relatively high satisfaction compared to the Criminal Investigation Division and Detective Division. Sixth, Seoul and Pusan Metropolitan Police Agency are much higher of overall satisfaction to the Trauma-center than Gwangju and Daejeon. Seventh, periods of duty more than 1 year less than 5 years were analyzed highest satisfaction indicators in the whole periods. Eighth, the results about usage route for trauma-center showed that the voluntary person who using service is more high satisfaction compared to the duty consultant.
