Abstract
In this research, we investigate the influence of female policeman 's glass ceiling recognition on organizational commitment. We empirically examined how recognition of promotion barriers, placement barriers, job barriers and welfare barriers affects affective commitment and calculative commitment during organizational commitment in glass ceiling recognition. The results of the research are presented as follows. Firstly, female police officers found that the glass ceiling recognition level is higher for promotion barriers and placement barrier. Secondly, the perception of promotional barriers and placement barriers has been found to be lower than high affective commitment. Third, the higher the awareness of the placement barriers, the higher the calculative commitment. In other words, the higher the barriers for promotion of glass ceiling recognition and barriers for placement, the lower the emotional immersion which means the attachment of the organization, intimacy and sense of unity. Based on these findings, we will develop women police officers' abilities, strengthen education for women, break down some practices that make invisible barriers, measure periodic glass ceiling recognition, etc. Gender equality As a policy alternative for the development of the police organization.
