이 연구는 불법ㆍ유해 웹사이트 연결 실태를 파악하기 위해 주요 수익원인 배너광고를 분석하였다. 구글 웹검색을 통해 음란물, 불법 웹툰, 불법 영화 및 드라마, 불법 도박, 불법 직업알선 등 불법ㆍ유해 웹사이트를 조사하여 배너광고를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 실태가 나타났다. ① 최장기간 운영된 웹사이트는 2006년부터 운영되고 있는 불법 직업알선 웹사이트이다. ② 최대 1일 페이지뷰는 음란물 웹사이트로 1일 페이지뷰가 844,810회이다. ③ 음란물, 불법 웹툰, 불법 영화 및 드라마 등 방문자(1일 페이지뷰)가 많은 웹사이트는 다른 불법ㆍ유해 웹사이트로 이동하는 배너광고가 활성화되어 있다. ④ 불법 도박 웹사이트는 배너광고 자체가 없다. ⑤ 불법 직업알선 웹사이트 배너광고는 불법 직업알선 관련 업소 광고이다. ⑥ 불법ㆍ유해 웹사이트는 배너광고를 통해 서로 연결된다. ⑦ 불법ㆍ유해 웹사이트 운영에는 배후세력이 있다. ⑧ 불법ㆍ유해 웹사이트의 최대 광고주는 불법 도박 웹사이트이다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 불법 도박 웹사이트 집중 단속, 불법 직업알선 웹사이트 차단 강화, 연계된 배후세력 규명, 일반 기업들과의 협력, 국제협력 강화, 사이버순찰 강화, 정보공유 강화 등 불법ㆍ유해 웹사이트에 대한 경찰의 대응방안을 모색하였다.
Abstract
The study analyzed banner ads, a major source of revenue for the operation of illegal and harmful websites. Through Google's web search, it analyzed banner ads by examining illegal and harmful websites such as pornography, illegal webtoons, illegal movies and dramas, illegal gambling and illegal employment services. The analysis showed that: The longest-running website is an illegal employment services website that has been in operation since 2006. 2. Up to 844,810 page views per day are pornographic websites. 3. Banner ads are activated for many visitors such as pornography, illegal webtoons, illegal movies and dramas. 4. Illegal gambling websites do not have banner ads themselves. 5. Banner Advertising, an illegal employment services website, is an advertisement for businesses related to illegal employment services. 6 Illegal and harmful websites connect to each other through banner ads. 7 There are forces behind the operation of illegal and harmful websites. 8 The biggest advertiser of illegal and harmful websites is illegal gambling websites. Based on the analysis results, the police sought to take measures against illegal and harmful websites such as cracking down on illegal gambling websites, strengthening the blocking of illegal employment services websites, Identify the forces behind the links, strengthening cooperation with ordinary businesses, strengthening international cooperation, strengthening cyber patrols and strengthening information sharing.
