본 연구는 국내에서 자동차 판매 및 부품 물류 서비스를 하는 독일 A사 및 B사 2개의 브랜드를 연구 대상으로 한다. 연구의 목적은 인천과 여주에서 운영 중인 수입 자동차 부품 물류센터와 수도권 서비스센터 간의 배송 루트 최적화 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구의 방법으로는 수입 자동차 부품 물류센터의 출고 프로세스 변경 또는 물류센터의 단일 창고로 통합 운영할 경우 생성될 수 있는 시나리오를 대상으로 GIS(Geographic Information System)의 VRP(Vehicle Routing Problem)기법을 적용한다. 연구결과 A사의 통합 부품 물류센터에서 수도권 46개 서비스센터로 배송할 경우 비용감소 및 효율성 측면에서 가장 유리한 것 분석되었다.
Abstract
The present study focuses on the two brands of German companies A and B that provide auto sales and parts logistics services in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to propose optimization measures for the metropolitan area’s shipping routes between imported auto parts logistics centers operating in Incheon and Yeoju and service centers in the metropolitan area. As research methods, the values from the scenarios of changing the unstoring process at imported auto parts logistics centers or operating an integrated single warehouse at a logistics center were calculated using the geographic information system’s vehicle routing problem technique. According to the study results, the case of shipping from company A’s integrated auto parts logistics center to 46 service centers in the metropolitan area yielded the highest reduction and efficiency.
