부부간 애착손상 척도 개발 및 타당화

초록

본 연구는 부부간 애착손상을 측정하는 척도를 개발하고 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하기 위하여 수행되었다. 선행연구와 자유 개방형 설문을 통한 1차 예비척도 제작을 시작으로 전문가 집단의 감수를 통한 문항 수정과 문항 평정, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석 과정을 거쳐 5차에 걸친 예비척도를 제작하였다. 그 결과 최종적으로 4개의 하위요인으로 구성된 20문항의 척도를 개발하였다. 본 도구의 신뢰도 Cronbach’s α는 ‘애착손상’ .90, 하위 요인 중 요인 1의 ‘회피행동’ .89, 요인 2의 ‘정서억압’은 .87, 요인 3의 ‘위로 추구’는 .75, 요인 4의 ‘신뢰 상실’은 .86으로 안정적이었다. 애착손상은 불안애착, 회피애착, 사건충격, 우울 모두와 정적 상관이 있었고 상관의 범위는 .30~.61로 공인 타당도가 있었으며, 사건충격 정도의 상위 30% 집단과 하위 30% 집단의 애착 손상에 유의한 차이가 있어 척도의 변별 타당도를 확인하였다. 본 척도는 부부간의 관계 불화 및 애착 손상에 대한 연구수행을 증진하고 애착 손상에 초점을 둔 상담 전략 수립 및 상담 개입에 기여할 것으로 생각된다.

Abstract

Objectives: This study was conducted to develop and validate the Attachment Injury Scale (CAIS) for couples. Methods: Starting with the development of the first preliminary scale through literature review and free-open questionnaires, the scale was revised and rated through the advice of an expert group. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, a scale of 20 questions consisting of four sub-factors was developed. Results: The reliability of Cronbach's α of this tool was stable with attachment injury at .90, avoidance behavior and psychological withdrawal of factor 1 (α=.89), physical discomfort and emotional suppression of factor 2 (α=.87), emotional support and comfort pursuit of factor 3 (α=.75), and cognitive avoidance and loss of trust of factor 4 (α=.86). The concurrent validity and discriminant validity of the scale was confirmed. Conclusions: This scale is thought to promote research on marital distress and attachment injury, as well as contribute to establishing a marital counseling strategy focusing on attachment injury and intervention in counseling.
