학생의 수업시간 문제행동 예방과 대응을 위한 중학교 교사의 교실관리 매뉴얼 개발

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적 학생의 수업시간 문제행동 예방과 대응을 위한 중학교 교사의 교실관리 매뉴얼을 개발하는데 있다. 연구방법: 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 25명의 전문가 패널을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 및 결론: 첫째, 개발된 매뉴얼을 전체적으로 살펴보면, 예방 영역의 항목이 61개, 대응 영역의 항목이 49개 총 110개 항목이 개발되었으며, 문제행동 발생을 미연에 방지하는데 의의가 있는 예방 영역의 비중이 문제행동이 발생한 다음 사후 대처에 중점을 두는 대응 영역의 비중보다 다소 높은 것으로 나타나, 문제행동 예방의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 개발된 매뉴얼을 구체적으로 살펴보면, 예방 영역의 수업측면에서는 교재연구 철저히 하기, 학생들과 교감하기, 자신감 있게 가르치기 등이, 훈육측면에서는 학년초 첫시간에 학생들이 지켜야 할 규칙 안내하기, 규칙을 일관성 있게 적용하기 등이, 래포형성측면에서는 학생들의 이름을 외우고 자주 불러주기, 문제학생들과 친해지기 위해 노력하기 등이, 대응 영역의 심각성이 낮거나 일상적 문제행동측면에서는 해당 학생을 수업에 참여하도록 유도하기, 문제행동의 심각성 수준에 맞게 대응하기, 같은 문제행동에 대하여 일관성 있게 대응하기, 학생과 교실에서 논쟁(말싸움)하지 않기 등이, 심각한 문제행동측면에서는 교사 자신의 감정 잘 조절하기, 같은 문제행동을 반복하지 않도록 단호하게 지도하기, 학생의 부모님을 비하하는 등 언어를 조심해서 사용하기 등이 다른 항목들에 비해 상대적으로 높은 중요도를 보였다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a classroom management manual for teachers of the middle schools to prevent the misbehaviors of students in the classroom and to respond to them. Method: Delphi survey was conducted targeting the panel of 25 experts. Results and Conclusion: The results showed it reveals that the manual contains 61 items for preventive area and 49 items for response, i.e., 110 items in total. In this result, the proportion of preventive area that is significant to prevent misbehaviors occurrence in advance appears to be slightly higher than that of the response area focused on taking follow-up measures against the misbehaviors, from which the importance of misbehaviors prevention could be identified.
