Abstract

Cheon Sa Kim Jong Deuk is a very important scholar in understanding the development of Toegyehak in the 18th century. And for the study of local studies in Uiseong, lighting is necessary. Under the critical awareness of this branch, the Dong-A Ilbo reviewed Cheonsa's reading books, study history, and writings in a rough manner, and based on this, it considered his academic attitude and the world of poetry. Cheonsa was thoroughly succeeded in the lineage of runner and Toegye to Daesan. And rather than national management or policy proposals, I was mainly interested in cultivating the minds of politicians. Based on his love for others, he developed a new book theory that emphasizes his enlightenment(獨得) and quiet proof(默契), aimed at the study of truth and tolerance(忠恕), and tried to practice it in everyday life. As for his poetry, he adored Do Yeon Myung(도연명)'s manners and the atmosphere of seclusion in his youth. Later, he calmed down on the studies of Zhu Xi and Toegye, the pleasure of maintaining a constant awakening(敬), and striving to become a true intellectual. He also tried to control his mind(操心) and overcome his desires(克己), and sang poems about his experiences. There is no work in Tom's poem that sings the joy of realizing the truth(成道). This is because he didn't think his study was complete like a ceaseless cycle of nature.
