자본시장법 시행 전후 펀드투자자 만족도 비교와 영향요인

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effectiveness of capital market law enforcement. 2009 Fund Investors Survey data collected by Korea Investors Protection Foundation were used, and total 1,250 subjects were selected. The subjects were classified by two groups. One was 822 subjects who subscribed to fund before capital market law enforcement, and the other group was 428 subjects who subscribed to fund after capital market law enforcement. And t-test, Chi-square test, and multiple regression method were utilized by SPSS 12.0. Main results were as following. First, it was found that the group, who subscribed to fund after capital market law enforcement, were more satisfied than the counter part. Second with fixed other factors, fund investors, who perceived fund sellers' explanation was more enough and more understandable, showed higher investment satisfaction than the counter part. However, these same results were now shown for the fund investment group who were subscribed to fund after capital market law enforcement. These results implied that capital market law enforcement might affect on individual fund investors' protection.
