주관적 행복감이 업무 스트레스의 경감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

연구의 목적은 직장생활에서의 만족과 궁극적으로는 삶의질로 이어지는 개인의 주관적 행복감에 대해 살펴보고, 주관적 행복감이업무 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 있다. 먼저 주관적 행복감의구체적인 정의와 요인들을 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 하여 스트레스와의영향관계를 비교분석하고자 한다. 또한 주관적 행복감과 스트레스의 정의에 있어서 특히 어떠한 요인들이 한국의 조직문화와 관련성이 있는지 분석해 보고자 했다. 본 연구는 개인의 삶의 질을 저하시키는 업무 스트레스를 경감시키는방안을 주관적 행복감의 견지에서 분석해 보고자 했으며, 본 연구를 통해몇 가지 가시적인 방안이 모색되었다고 본다. 첫째, 개인의 주관적 행복감은 삶의 질을 향상시키고 만족시킨다. 둘째, 개인의 주관적 행복감은 삶의 질의 저하에 있어서 중요한 변수로작용하는 스트레스를 경감시킨다. 셋째, 개인의 주관적 행복감을 향상시킬 수 있는 조직적 방안이 개발되어야만 개인과 사회의 장기적, 질적 성장을 이룰 수 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among subjective wellbeing and job stress. This study search for subjective well-being and job stress. So I would like to search about meaning and factors of subjective well-being. And for the more emotional and working stress. Additionally, I search for organizational culture about korean. This study want to analysis reduce job stress. And I should search for the solution that is subjective well-being. For this study something about again an solution into device. First, individual subjective well-being promote quality of life. Second, individual subjective well-bing reduce emotional and working stress. Third, the solution about promoting subjective well-bing can individual and social growth.
