노인의 회상기능과 외적 자기관리가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

노인을 대상으로 회상기능과 외적 자기관리, 주관적 안녕감 간의 관계를 알아보았다. 65세 이상의 남녀노인 총 241명을 대상으로 회상기능, 외적 자기관리, 일상의 주관적 안녕감을 측정하는 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였고, 주요 변인의 차이와 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 회상기능은 연령과 종교에 따라 차이가 있었고, 외적 자기관리는 성별과 연령, 경제적 수준, 종교에 따라 차이를 보였고, 주관적 안녕감은 경제수준에 따라 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 회상기능과 외적 자기관리, 주관적 안녕감은 유의미한 정적상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 회상기능이 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 외적 자기관리는 완전 매개 효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 노인의 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 요인들의 정보를 제공하고, 노인의 부정적 정서를 중재하는 관련연구들의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study was to investigate relations among RF, ESM, SWB of the elderly. The questionnaires were responded by 241 male and female elders aged 65 or older. For one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis were conducted. RF showed a difference depending on age, religion. ESM showed a difference depending on gender, age, economic level, and religion. SWB showed a difference depending on economic level only. RF, ESM, and SWB had a significant correlations. ESM fully mediated between RF and SWB. This study provides the information that factor affecting the SWB of elderly. Expected to revitalize the researches related to the intervention for the negative affect of the elderly.
