키워드 네트워크 방법론을 통한 재활심리연구의 연구주제 동향 분석

본 연구는 재활심리 연구주제의 동향을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2006년부터 2015년까지 등재학술지 재활심리연구에 게재된 총 210편의 논문을 대상으로 주요어의 출현빈도 분석에서부터 주요어의 연결망을 이용한 구조적 등위성 분석, 연결 중심성 분석, 위세 중심성 분석을 통해 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구주제에 대한 빈도분석 결과, 우울, 미술치료, 청소년, 자아존중감, 효능감, 사회적 지지, 스트레스 등의 순으로 중요성을 나타내었다. 둘째, 네트워크 분석결과, 가장 높은 출현빈도를 보였던 우울은 상위 10위 내에 들지 못했으며, 공통적으로 스트레스가 가장 높은 중심성을 보였다. 그 외에 자아존중감, 사회적 지지, 장애아부모, 미술치료가 중심성이 높게 나타났고, 교사라는 주요어가 새롭게 등장하였다. 주요어 간 관계망에 중점을 둔 본 연구는 출현빈도를 통해 연구의 중요성을 제시하던 기존 연구의 한계를 보완하고, 재활심리의 지적 구조 파악에 있어 새로운 관점을 제공했다는 데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aimed to examine current trends of key topics in rehabilitation psychology. A keyword network analysis was conducted targeting a total of 210 papers published between 2006 and 2015 in the Journal of Rehabilitation Psychology. The results are as follows: First, the frequency analysis of the research topics revealed importance in the order of depression, art therapy, adolescents, self-esteem, efficacy, social support, and stress. Second, a network analysis revealed that depression that showed the highest appearance was not included in the top 10 list, while stress commonly showed the highest centrality. Keywords of self-esteem, social support, parents of children with disabilities, and art therapy showed high centrality, and teacher newly emerged. Comparing to previously studies conducted based on the frequency analysis, the significance of this study exists in that this study utilized relationship networking analysis, and provides relatively new perspective in identifying research trends and leading topics in rehabilitation psychology.
