본 연구는 매체를 이용하는 심리치료자들의 수퍼비전에 대한 구체적인 요구나 기대를 구체화하고 수퍼비전의 효과를 평가할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 수퍼비전 경험이 있는 심리치료자 16명에게 개방형 질문을 실시하고 CQR을 통해 문항을 개발하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석을 위해 106명, 확인적 요인분석을 위해 127명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 첫째, 심리치료자들의 수퍼비전 요구는 109문항이 개발되었다. 둘째, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 치료자 역량과 부모상담, 치료진행과정, 치료자 교육, 문제상황, 치료적 피드백의 5개 하위요인 43문항이 최종 개발되었다. 척도의 전체 신뢰도는 .840이며 전문가가 평정한 내용타당도는 전체 문항이 양호한 것으로 판정 되었다. 연구의 의의는 심리치료자가 치료자로서의 전문성을 갖추고 매체의 치료적 요인을 활용하여 내담자와 그들의 부모 및 가족에게 보다 효과적인 심리치료서비스를 제공하는데 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop scale that can actualize specific demand or expectation for supervision in psychotherapists of using media and can evaluate supervision. For this objective, the open questionnaire was carried out targeting 16 psychotherapists who have experience of supervision. Items were developed through CQR. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 106 people for exploratory factor analysis and 127 people for confirmatory factor analysis. First, psychotherapists' supervision needs were developed 109 items. Second, through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, it was finally developed 43 items for 5 sub-factors in therapist competency & parent counseling, therapeutic progression procedure, therapist education, problematic situation, and therapeutic feedback. The whole reliability of the scale is .840. The content validity of having been rated by expert was judged to be good in the whole items. As for significance of a study, it will be utilized as basic data in offering more effective psychotherapeutic service client and their parents & family members by applying therapeutic factors of media with having professionalism as a therapist.
