원가족 건강성과 양육효능감의 관계에서 자아분화의 매개효과

초록

본 연구의 목적은 원가족 건강성과 자아분화가 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 부산에 거주하고 있는 3년 이상의 양육 경험이 있는 30대∼50대 중에 여성 289명을 대상으로 원가족 건강성 척도, 자아분화 척도, 양육효능감 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 주요 변인들 간의 관련성을 살펴보기 위해 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고, 자아분화가 원가족 건강성과 양육효능감 간의 관계에서 매개하는지를 알아보기 위하여 매개모형 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양육효능감과 원가족 건강성 및 자아분화는 정적상관을 보였다. 또한 원가족 건강성과 자아분화도 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 자아분화는 원가족 건강성이 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Family-of-Origin Health and Self-differentiation on Parenting Efficacy. A sample of 289 mothers in their 30s∼50s who have more than 3 years of child-rearing experience in Busan regions were surveyed. For this study, scales including Family-of-Origin Scale(FOS-16), Parenting Efficacy Scale, and Self-differentiation Scale were implemented by participants. The process of the data was estimated by AMOS and SPSS/WIN 18.0. The results of this study were as following: First, positive relationships were found between Family-of-Origin Health and Parenting Efficacy, between Family-of-Origin Health and Self-differentiation, and between Self-differentiation and Parenting Efficacy respectively. Second, Self-differentiation showed a perfect mediating effect on the relationship Family-of-Origin Health and Parenting Efficacy. Findings and implications of this study are discussed.
