출소자 가정복귀의 위험 및 보호요인에 관한 질적연구 : 주거지원 가정을 중심으로

초록

본 연구의 목적은 출소자의 가정 복귀 시 출소자와 배우자가 어떠한 경험을 하는가를 심층적으로 이해하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 출소자 및 배우자가 경험하는 위험요인과 함께 출소자 본인과 가족을 보호하는 요인들이 어떤 것이 있는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 출소자 7명과 출소자의 배우자 9명을 대상으로 심층 면접을 실시하였으며, 수집된 면접 자료를 합의적 질적 분석(Consensual Qualitative Research; CQR) 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 출소자가 가정에 복귀한 후 경험하는 위험요인에 대한 영역들은 개인 내적 영역과 개인 외적 영역으로 구분되었다. 하위범주는 개인 내적 영역에서 총 7개, 개인 외적 영역에서 총 6개로 구분되었다. 한편 출소자 가족의 보호요인은 사회적 영역과 부부 관계적 영역으로 나뉘었으며 각각 6개, 10개의 하위범주가 형성되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 토대로 출소자의 심리적 재활과 사회 재통합을 위한 정책과 프로그램의 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study focused on the conflict and resiliency factors for family of ex-offenders. For this research, seven ex-offenders and nine wives of the ex-offenders were interviewed on their experience after released from prison, and their responses were analyzed through CQR(Consensual Qualitative Research). The conflict factors were categorized into 2 domains: Internal factors, External factors. These categories were divided to 7 sub-domains in internal factors and 6 sub-domains in external factors. The resiliency factors were categorized into 2 domains: Social factors, Marital relationship factors. These categories were again divided to 6 and 10 sub-domains in each. Based on the results of this study, We suggest future directions for policies and programs that would support psychological rehabilitation and social reintegration for ex-offenders and their family.
