초록
이주민이 증가하고 있다는 것은 다민족, 다인종국가의 수효가 증가하고 있다는 것이고 이것은 서로다른 문화와 인종 그리고 언어를 사용하는 사람들을 조화시켜야 한다는 도전에 직면하고 있음을 의미하는 것이다. 다문화사회의 도래는 이주민을 국가의 주류사회로 통합하기 위한 새로운 형태의 사회혼합정책 즉, 이주민을 차별하거나 배제하지 않고 이입국가의 문화로 편입시키지 않는 문화적 주체성과 자율성을 보장하는 정책모형을 필요로 한다. 다문화주의의 인권은 이주민의 정상화정책의 본질적인 부분이라고 할 수 있는 교육을 강조함으로써이주민의 실체적인 평등과 통합을 이루는 첩경이라고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
The increase of immigrant means that the number of multi-ethnic and multi-racial countries increases and it means that we are facing the problem to harmonize the people who use different cultures and languages. The appearance of multi-cultural society requires a new type of social mix policy for including immigrant in the mainstream of country, which is a political model to guarantee cultural subjectivity and autonomy to include immigrants in the culture of country without discriminating or excluding them. The human right in multi-cultural society can be a shortcut for actual equality and unification of immigrant by emphasizing the education, which is an essential part of the policy to normalize immigrants.
