Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of experiences of the program of prenatal Qi exercise with pregnant women. The research design was a Q-Methodological Approach. Twenty eight selected Q-statements from 28 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 7 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Three types of experiences of Qi exercise with pregnant women were identified. Type Ⅰis the interaction effect - prenatal care type. Type Ⅱ is the physical aid - health assistant type. Type Ⅲ is the alternative therapy - psychical cure type. This study recommended for nurses to listen and watch the pregnant women types of using Qi exercise and find out how to educate the women about the proper and safe way to take the Qi exercise.
