음악치료 전공 학생이 지각하는 음악심리치료 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

이 연구는 음악심리치료를 경험한 음악치료 전공 학생의 진술을 바탕으로 그들의 경험을 이해하고 파악하여 음악심리치료 경험의 본직과 의미에 대한 기술을 도출해내는데 목적을 두었다. 또한 이 연구를 통해 음악치료 전공 학생들에게 필요한 보다 적절하고 효과적인 음악심리치료 교수 방법을 제안하고, 음악심리치료 경험의 질을 높이기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의와 가치가 있다. 이를 위해, 반 구조화된 심층면접을 통해 8명의 음악치료 전공 학생들의 음악심리치료 경험에 대한 자료가 수집되었으며, 결과 분석은 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구 방법론을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 102개의 의미단위가 추출되었고, ‘음악심리치료 경험 전 긍정적 / 부정적 느낌’, ‘음악심리치료 중 자신을 발견하고 성찰하는 의미있는 경험’, ‘음악심리치료 경험을 통한 생각과 행동의 변화’, ‘전이와 역전이의 발생, 탐구 및 처리’, ‘음악심리치료를 통한 개인적 성장’, ‘음악심리치료를 통한 전문가적 성장’의 총 6개의 범주(구성요소) 및 24개의 하위 범주(하위 구성요소)가 도출되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of music therapy students who participated in music psychotherapy class and to suggest appropriate and effective music psychotherapy pedagogy based on the results of the study. In order to gather the data, eight music therapy master students participated in this study and data gathered semi-constructed depth interview. Data were analyzed by using phenomenological research method of Giorgi. The results of the study revealed 102 meaningful units, 6 component(categories) and 24 sub-component(sub-categories). The 6 component were ’a positive / negative feeling before experience of music psychotherapy‘, ‘meaningful experience about self-discovery and self-reflection during music psychotherapy’, ‘change of thinking through experience of music psychotherapy’ ‘occurrence and exploration, handling of transference and counter-transference’, ‘personal growth through experience of music psychotherapy’, ‘professional growth through experience of music psychotherapy’
