이 연구의 목적은 공감적 의사소통 역량 평가 방안을 구안하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 공감적 의사소통 현상을 설명하는 상담심리 이론과 공감적 대화 모형 이론을 고찰하고, 공감 능력과 성향을 진단하는 척도에 관한 선행 연구를 검토하였다. 단편적이고 일회적인 평가의 한계를 극복하기 위해 평가 방안을 설계하는 원리로 성향과 수행을 복합적으로 진단하는 증거 기반 평가를 설정하였다. 또한 교수학습과 평가를 일체화하기 위해 대화 교육 모형을 활용한 과제 기반 평가를 설정하였다. 쌍방향적이고 순환적인 대화의 흐름을 평가 과제에 반영하기 위해 감정을 수용하고 표현하는 과정을 ‘공감 순환 대화 교육 모형’으로 설계하여 제안하였다. 평가 과제 설계와 더불어 구체적인 평가 척도를 구안하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 제한점과 평가 방안의 타당성과 실효성을 검증할 추후 연구의 필요성을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore methods for evaluating the empathic communication competence. In order to achieve the research objective, the counseling psychology theory and the empathic communication model theory were considered, and the prior study on the scale of diagnosing empathetic ability and propensity was reviewed. In order to overcome the limitations of fragmentary and one-time assessments, evidence-based assessments were established that combine propensity and performance. In addition, task-based assessment was established using the dialogue education model to integrate learning-teaching and evaluation. In order to apply interactive and cyclical flow of dialogue into the evaluation task, the process of accepting and expressing emotions was proposed by designing a ‘empathic circular dialogue education model’. In addition to designing evaluation task, specific measures of evaluation have been developed. Finally, it suggested the need for further research to verify the limitations of the study and the validity and effectiveness of the evaluation methods.
