Abstract

This study empirically examined the relationships among consumption values, brand affect, and brand loyalty toward sports brands that support feminism. Data were collected from 241 adults aged 19 and above residing in Seoul and Daegu through convenience sampling, and a total of 188 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. Results showed that economic value significantly influenced brand loyalty, while functional and social values had significant effects on brand affect. Brand affect also had a positive impact on brand loyalty and fully mediated the effects of functional and social values on loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of emotional experiences alongside cognitive values in shaping brand loyalty. For sports brands supporting feminism, this suggests that combining practical benefits like affordability and quality with emotional strategies such as storytelling and value-driven campaigns can strengthen consumer engagement and loyalty.
