이 연구는 마르크스의 재생산표식을 특정 개방경제에 적용하여 추계하는방식을 제시하고, 1960-2014년 한국 재생산표식을 추계한 후, 그 장기 추세및 함의를 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 주제는 정성진(1987; 1989; 1990)이 다룬 바 있는데, 우리는 이를 마르크스 가치론에 근거하여 산업연관표를 재편성했지만 재생산표식 추계까지 나아가지는 않았던 샤이크와 토낙의 연구(Shaikh & Tonak, 1994), 그리고 추가로 접근 가능해진 통계인 고정자본형성표 및 국제산업연관표를 이용하여 보완 및 연장할 것이다. 추계 결과는 지난 60여년 한국자본주의에서 ‘생산부문구성’의 고도화, 즉 I부문의 불균등발전과 함께 생산수단의 수입의존이 지속·심화되고 있음을 보여준다
Abstract
This paper presents a method for estimating Marx’s reproduction scheme in a certain open economy, estimates the reproduction scheme in Korea in 1960-2014, and examines the long-term trend and its implications. This topic has been covered in Seongjin Jeong(1987; 1989; 1990). We will complement and extend these works with the study of Shaikh and Tonak(1994) which regrouped the input-output table based on Marx's theory of value but did not estimate the reproduction scheme, and recently available statistics such as the Gross Fixed Capital Formation Supplementary Tables and the World Input-Output Tables. The results confirm that over 60 years, there has been a ‘rise in the Composition of Production Departments’, i.e., unequal development of department I to department II, and continuing high import dependence of means of production in Korean capitalism.
