본 연구는 제조업과 서비스업으로 구성된 포스트케인지언 2부문모형을 구축하고 임금률 상승이 성장에 미치는 장단기 효과를 논한다. 아울러 자본가뿐만 아니라 제조업과 서비스업에 고용된 노동자 또한 저축한다고 가정함으로써 파시네티 균제성장경로를 분석한다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제조업부문에서는 임금주도성장이 성립하지만 서비스부문에서는 임금주도성장이 성립하지 않는다. 둘째, 지대율의 상승은 단기균형 설비가동률과 자본축적률을 감소시키지만 장기의 균제성장 설비가동률과 자본축적률에는 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 자본가계급의 저축성향은 균제성장 자본축적률에 부정적 영향을 미치는 반면 노동자계급의 저축성향은 균제성장 자본축적률에 영향을 미치지 않는다.
Abstract
This paper constructs a Post-Keynesian two-sector model consisting of manufacturing and service industries, and analyzes the Pasinetti steady-state growth path. The analysis results are as follows. First, wage-led growth is established in the manufacturing sector, but not in the service sector. Second, an increase in the rental rate decreases the short-run equilibrium rate of capital accumulation, but does not affect the long-run steady-state rate of capital accumulation. Third, capitalists' propensity to save has a negative effect on the long-run steady-state rate of capital accumulation, whereas workers' propensity to save has no effect on the long-run steady-state rate of capital accumulation.
