대학생 자원봉사활동과 시민행동의 영향요인

초록

본 연구는 자원봉사활동이 시민행동에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 61명의 YMCA 자원봉사클럽 회원을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본연구를 통해 얻어진 주된 결과는 첫째, 자원봉사활동은 태도를 넘어서 행위로서의 시민행동과 의미있는 관계를 지닌다는 점, 둘째 자원봉사활동이 시민행동과 갖는 관계는 의사표출행위와 조직화행위라는 점, 셋째, 시민행동은 자원봉사와 직접관련된 변수들 보다는 개인의 인구학적 특성의 영향을 더 크게 받을 가능성이 있다는 점 등이다. 이에 더해 연구결과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 추가적인 점은 자원봉사자들 사이에 실제적인 시민행동의 회수가 적더라도 이의 향후 발생잠재성이라는 측면에서 관계성 및 영향요인을 추론해 낼 수 있다는 점이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between volunteering and civicness as well as the affective factors. Data were collected from 61 members of YMCA volunteering clubs through survey. The major findings of this study were as follow; First, volunteering has a meaningful relationship with civicness as behavior beyond attitude. Second, the relationship between volunteering and civicness is the behavior to express an opinion and systematize. Third, there's a possibility for civicness to be affected by individual demographic characteristics more than variables directly involved with volunteering. Furthermore, other issue from the result of this study was that the relationship and affective factors were deducible in terms of the potential even though the practical number of civicness was few.
