농경공동체의 생명의식과 화엄적 상상 - 김지하의 시 세계의 불교적 세계관을 중심으로
Life Consciousness and Hwaum Imagination of Agricultural Community- Focus on the poetry of poet, Jiha Kim

The poetry of Jiha Kim advances from direct resistance against threatening control power which disintegrates traditional life community rapidly toward cultural reconstruction of life. And it includes threatening control power by domesticating them. In this life defence, life consciousness and lyricism of agricultural community are working consistently in the inside of creative transformation for cultural construction of life. There were merely hidden rules of poetry stiffen by confrontation and revolt in the first part, he opened ruled society powerfully with a broad mind and harmony through poetry of curved circle in the last part of his poetry. Especially, his life consciousness of agricultural community went through planting 「Aerin」 repeatedly which is in the side by side relation with 「Simwoodo」 which embodies Buddhism intensively. And he came to discover Hwaum self and reach the world view of life that looks straight circulation of space life, selflessness, respect. His world view on life based on the realm of Buddhism performance has an important meaning as a philosophical principle of ecological imagination. Today, many ecological poetry remain in a subject perspective like complaint, grief, and sarcasm about ecological crisis. However, his world view of Hwaum suggests philosophically alternative idea and cognition fundamentally.
