지방정부간 교류협력관계의 기반조성에 관한 연구: 강원도 일부 시？군을 중심으로

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to treat of, if any exchange cooperation is required, mutual relationship between local governments. The study examines the analysis results of surveying social units such as local servant, local enterprise, local community group and local inhabitant under local governments. In order to analyze viewpoints of each social unit, this study reviews pre-theoretical perspectives, analytical models, and research designs. The result of analysis indicates that exchange cooperation is requested for attracting, sustaining, and developing mutual relationship between local governments. In sum, the theoretical and practical implications of these analyses are discussed, proposing strategies for the based formation of exchange cooperation in local intergovernmental relation. The study suggests that the exchange cooperation of individual local governments should formulate the relationship of mutual profits, management models, and strategies and detailed practical processes among social units of local government.
