패션모델의 실패내성, 정서조절효능감, 대인관계효능감과 캐스팅스트레스의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 패션모델의 캐스팅 스트레스와 관련하여 정서조절효능감, 대인관계효능감, 실패내성의 관계를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 수도권 지역에 소재하고 있는 대학(D, D, K, S) 모델과 재학생 249명으로 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0, AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계(descriptive statistics), 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis)과 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 하였다. 이후 구조방정식 모델 검증(structural equation model)과 병렬매개(parallel mediation) 효과 검증을 위한 상관관계 분석(correlation analysis) 및 경로 분석(path analysis)을 실시하였다. 결과는 첫째, 실패내성은 캐스팅 스트레스에 부적(-)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대인관계효능감은 캐스팅스트레스에 부적(-)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서조절효능감은 캐스팅 스트레스에 부적으로(-) 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대인관계효능감과 정서조절효능감은 실패내성과 캐스팅 스트레스의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 패션모델들에게 내재된 실패내성과 정서조절효능감, 대인관계효능감은 캐스팅 스트레스를 상쇄시킬 수 있는 심리적 특성임을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between emotional regulation efficacy, interpersonal relationship efficacy, and failure tolerance in relation to casting stress of fashion models. The 249 students whose major is modeling, being in university(D, D, K, S) located in metropolitan area, were selected to conduct survey. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs for data processing. After that, correlation analysis and path analysis were performed to verify the structural equation model and parallel mediation effect. As a result, first, it was found that failure tolerance had a significant negative (-) effect on casting stress. Second, interpersonal relationship efficacy was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on casting stress. Third, emotional regulation efficacy was found to have a negative (-) significant effect on casting stress. Fourth, interpersonal relationship efficacy and emotional regulation efficacy were found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between failure tolerance and casting stress. In conclusion, it was confirmed that failure tolerance, emotional control efficacy, and interpersonal relationship efficacy inherent in fashion models are psychological characteristics that can offset casting stress
