본 연구의 목적은 모델지도자의 전문성을 파악하고 이를 통해 효과적인 직무 수행과 실용적인 지도 효율에 있어필요한 요인을 분석하고 전문성 요인이 무엇인지에 대해 모델지도자의 전문성 구성요인을 모색하고 정립하는 것에목적이 있다. 모델지도자의 전문성 구성요인을 파악하기 위해 현재 모델교육을 받는 서울 지역의 고등학교, 대학교모델전공자와 모델아카데미 교육을 받는 수강생을 대상으로 하여 개방형 설문지를 실시하였다. 그 결과 모델지도자의 전문성은 인성, 자기관리, 이론전문성, 실기전문성으로 도출되었다. 이로써 정립된 모델지도자의 전문성 구성요인은 모델지도자의 전문성에 대한 인식과 필요성을 높이고 미래의 지도자를 양성하는데 기틀이 될 것이며 모델지도자에 관한 전문성 연구의 기초 연구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the professionalism of model leaders, analyze the factors necessary for effective job performance and practical teaching efficiency, and explore and define the concept of professionalism in model leaders. To identify the components of model leaders’ professionalism, an open-ended questionnaire was administered to high school and university model majors and students currently receiving model education in the Seoul area. The results showed that the professionalism of model leaders consists of personality, self-management, theoretical expertise, and practical expertise. The established conceptualization of model leaders’ professionalism will serve as a basis for raising awareness and necessity of professionalism among model leaders and fostering future leaders. Additionally, it can be used as a basic study for research on the professionalism of model leaders.
