피부 노화에 영향을 미치는 원인과 예방, 치료의 연구 진전

노화는 모든 생물체가 필연적으로 발생하는 자연 현상이며, 유기체의 퇴행적 변화과정 중의 생리적 구조 문제와 기능 저하의 일련의 표현이다. 인류의 의지로 전이되는 생물학적 법칙이 아니기 때문에 비록 완전히 되돌릴 수는 없으나, 현대 과학 기술을 응용하여 노화의 진행 과정을 늦추고, 따라서 생명의 질 역시 향상시켜 인류의 수명을 연장할 뿐만 아니라 더욱 젊어지는 미용 효과를 볼 수 있다. 피부 역시 마찬가지로 노화 과정을 겪게 되는데 다른 기관들과 달리 외부와 직접적으로 접촉하고 있어 외부 환경에 영향을 많이 받는 일차적 방어막이다. 현재, 대다수 학자들의 연구에서 이미 피부노화는 내외적인 복합 요인으로 노화과정에 영향을 준다고 증명되었다. 내적 요인은 피부노화를 일으키는 피할 수 없는 자연적인 규율이므로 자연적 노화, 생리적 노화 혹은 만성 노화라 불리고 있다. 현 단계에서는 일반적으로 유전적 요인 및 불가항력의 요인으로 인한 피부노화를 노화의 고유성이라 하는데 중력, 만성 소모성질병, 체내 내분비의 기능 변화 등을 포함한다. 외적 요인은 주로 환경적 영향을 많이 받는데 자외선, 먼지, 기후, 접촉성 화학물질 등 기타 요인을 포함한다. 피부 노화 예방의 방법은 주로 내치법과 외치법 두 종류로 분류된다. 내치법은 약물치료(중약, 양약)와 약선요법이 있고, 외치법은 외용중약, 경락안마, 침구, 기공, 피부관리, 레이저 등의 방법이 있다.
Abstract
Aging, a kind of inevitably physical phenomenon, is a series manifestation cause by the disorder of physical structure and the descended function during the body degenerating. Although aging cannot change or fall back by human mind, it still can be delayed by modern science and technology, which can lengthen human life and promote the living quality. Skin, as the first barrier between human and surrounding, direct contacting the outside environment, also can’t avoid experiencing aging process. Proved by many recent studies, skin aging is the result caused by both endogenous and extrinsic factors. Endogenous factor mainly refers to the unavoidable l natural regularity, which is also named as natural aging, physical aging and chronic aging. At present stage, inherent aging usually means the skin aging caused by genetic facto or other unresistable factors like gravity, chronic wasting disease, endocrine alteration of organism and so on. Extrinsic factors mainly refer to environmental agent including UV, fume, climate, chemical material and so on. There are many methods to delay the skin aging, which mainly include endotherapy and external treatment. Endotherapy can be classified in to drug treatment, including Chinese herb and wetern medicine, and alimentary therapeutics. External treatment can be classified into external use of Chinese herbs, meridian massage, acupuncture, Qi-gong, skin maintenance, laser therapy and so on.
