본 연구는 창의․인성 교육의 의미와 의의를 살펴보고, 대두 배경이된 다양한 내용을 다루고 있으며, 창의․인성 교육이 학교현장에 구현되기 위해서 필요한 제반 조건들에 대해 살펴보고 있다. 창의․인성 교육은 미래 사회를 대비하는 교육의 방향이며, 궁극적으로 학교 현장의 변화를 견인하고자 하는 실제적인 노력으로 볼 수 있다. 지금까지 창의교육과 인성교육이 별개의 내용으로 교육된 문제점을 집어보고, 이 문제점의 대안으로서 창의․인성 교육의 대두 배경을 살펴보았으며, 학교에서 이를 실현하기 위한 방안을 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is reveal the evolved of personality education in korea and argue the alternative approach of creative․characteristic education. Character education is a important part to child development. Character Education is a national movement creating schools that foster ethical, responsible, and caring young people by modeling and teaching good character through an emphasis on universal values that we all share. It is the intentional, proactive effort by schools to instill in their students important core, ethical values such as respect for self and others, responsibility, integrity, and self-discipline. But unlike other lesson plan, personality education have many problems. Many other country have personality education in the world, because personality education is important. In our society must educate a child for personality educaion to preparation future society. Alternative approach is creative character education. The concept of "Creative character education" as a alternative approach is need and solve the problem in korea education. Conducting creative character education or character building is not easy, so needed many energy. Teachers often struggle with how to get students to achieve at a higher level. Creativity․Character education made it up to higher level achievement.
