The purpose of this current study was to analyze the effects of the implementation of a rule-governed responding checklist to teach the 6th students accurate peer tutoring. The participants of this current study were three eleven-year-old students diagnosed with emotional disabilities who functioned below grade academic and language levels. A time-delayed multiple baseline across participants design was used to analyze the relationship between dependent variables and independent variables. The dependent variables measured in this study were the numbers of accurately presented Learn Units including accurate data recording in peer tutoring sessions. The independent variable was the implementation of a rule-governed responding checklist to teach the participant how to accurately present Learn Units to his tutee. The results showed that the numbers of accurate Learn Unit presentations and data collecting increased following the implementation the rule-governed checklist.

The independent variable was the implementation of a rule-governed responding checklist to teach the participant how to accurately present Learn Units to his tutee. The results showed that the numbers of accurate Learn Unit presentations and data collecting increased following the implementation the rule-governed checklist.
