연구목적: 본 연구는 2012년부터 2018년까지 ICF Core Set 관련연구를 대상으로 연구동향을 살펴보는데 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 문헌 선정은 국‧내외 학술지에 게재된 55편의 문헌을 선정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. ICF Core Set 연구는 2012년 이후 연구가 꾸준히 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구 분야는 의료분야에서 가장 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있었다. 연구 대상은 지체장애인이 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있었으며, 구성요소에서 활동과 참여가 가장 높은 비율로 다루어졌다. 연구 주제는 ICF Core Set을 활용하여 적용 및 진단과 관련된 연구들이 주를 이루었다. 결론: 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구의 방향을 논의하고 ICF Core Set 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study conducted a systematic literature review to analyze research articles with regard to ICF Core Set articles from 2012 to 2018 years. Method: 55 ICF Core Set articles published in domestic and international journals were selected and analyzed. Results: The number of ICF Core Set studies has steadily increased since 2012. The majority of ICF Core Set studies were conducted in the medical field. In regard to the types of participants, articles were the highest percentage of ICF Core Set studies for individuals with physical disabilities. In addition, the majority of the articles across all regions focused on activity and participation. out of major ICF Core Set components. The research topics of ICF Core Set studies were mainly related to the application and diagnosis using ICF Core Set. Conclusion: Suggestions for the future research with discussion based on the results of this study were provided.
