교육복지우선지원사업의 서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인

초록

본 연구는 교육복지우선지원사업의 서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 행동모델을 적용하였으며, 서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 소인성 요인인 서비스이용태도와 낙인감을, 자원 요인인 사회적 지지를, 그리고 욕구 요인인 인식된 욕구를 살펴보았다. 분석대상은 교육복지우선지원사업을 수행하고 있는 J시의 중학교 학생 311명이며, SPSS 15.0을 통해 분석하였다. 주요 결과를 살펴보면, 교육복지우선지원사업 중 학습 프로그램 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자원 요인인 지역사회교육전문가 지지가 유의미한 것으로 확인되었고, 문화․체험 프로그램 이용은 욕구 요인이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 심리․정서 프로그램 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 소인성 요인인 서비스 이용태도와 낙인감이 지적되었으며, 복지 프로그램 이용에 있어서는 자원요인인 급우의 지지가 유의미한 요인으로 확인되었다. 결론에서는 이상의 결과를 토대로 교육복지우선지원사업의 서비스 이용을 활성화 할 수 있는 함의를 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the factors influencing the initial use involved with the use of education welfare priority support project. Accordingly, on the basis of behavior model, the determinant factors influencing the use of services among predisposing, enabling, and desire factors are examined. For this, the study conducted survey junior high school students 311 who live in J-si, Jeonbuk and used SPSS 15.0 to analyze the data. The major findings were as follows: first, the community education professional's support, a support factor among resource factors in the learning program was found as a significant one to use of education welfare priority support project. Second, the service use attitude and stigma were significant in psychology/emotion program. Third, the support of classmates was significant in welfare program. Concretely, we suggested theoretical and practical implications of these results were discussed.
