미용관련학과의 학교기업 운영 방안에 관한 연구

본 논문의 목적은 대학들이 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 방안으로서 운영하고 있는 미용관련학과의 학교기업에 대한 운영방안 및 문제점을 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 학교기업을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 학교기업에 관한 인지도와 필요성은 전체적으로 높은 수준으로 나타났으며, 학교기업 운영주체는 '학교당국'과 '학생'이 가장 높게 나타났다. 학교기업에 대한 기대효과는 '학생들의 현장실무능력강화'가 가장 높았으며 동시에 취업향상과 대학생활에 대한 흥미 및 학업성취도 증진에 대한 기대효과도 높게 나타났다. 학교기업의 원활한 운영을 위해 정규교육과정에 기초한 공식화된 프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 교육과정 편성의 자율성을 보장하고 대학 내 학교기업 전담 행정직원을 배치하여야 한다. 또한 미용관련 학교기업은 서비스 산업이기 때문에 학교기업 참여자에 대한 서비스 교육 및 고객만족 프로그램을 통해 다양한 마케팅 전략이 필요하다.
Abstract
This study is the present condition of running school based enterprises and tasks in the future, based on the 'regulations for establishment and management of school based enterprises' which came into effect in March, 2004. School-based enterprise(SBE) is a hands-on educational program in which students create and manage a business in their community. The objective of the field professional education is to train up students with knowledge and technology and to supply them to companies. The school-based enterprise is regarded as one of the most effective alternatives to practice field based education and innovate teaching methods. For the establishment of the SBE program in cosmetology department, the followings would be suggested and reviewed. First, the awareness of the SBE programs should be enhanced by various training and by public information. Second, the SBE programs should be developed by linking with the educational curriculum. Third, in operating of the SBE programs, all of the main professor is required to participate in the SBE programs. Finally, SBE about beauty industry should be developed by service education and customer-satisfaction program.
