외국인 수용자의 수용생활만족도와 사회복귀 도움정도에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

세계화의 흐름에 따라 대한민국은 다인종 다문화 된 국가를 이루고 있으며, 이와 같은 다문화시대의 한국사회의 구성원 및 외국인 범죄의 증가는 질적인 측면에서 국내인 범죄 못지않은 사회문제가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 외국인 수용자들의 일반적 속성이 수용생활만족도와 사회복귀 도움정도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하여 효과적인 교정정책의 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 분석결과 특히 자녀수의 유무가 수용생활만족도와 사회복귀 도움정도에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며 종교별 유무는 사회복귀 도움정도에만 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 교정정책의 방향과 과제를 제언하면 첫째, 다문화주의를 존중하는 다문화주의 교정정책으로 전환해야 하고 둘째, 다문화감수성을 수용하는 프로그램과 서비스의 개발 및 제공 셋째, 원활한 사회복귀를 위한 교정 복지정책의 확대 실시 넷째, 사회적 지지망의 개발과 정보제공 및 연계가 필요하다.
Abstract
Following the flow of globalization, Korea constitutes multiracial and multi-cultural country and increase in the members and foreigner crime in Korean society in multi-cultural era like this have become social problem not less serious than domestic people' crime in terms of quality. Therefore, this study has the purpose to suggest the direction of effective rectifying policy by analyzing what influence the general attributes of foreign prisoners has on the level of accommodation life satisfaction and degree of social rehabilitation supports. As the result of analysis of this study, particularly the whether or not of the number of children appeared to be a factor that has important influence on the level of accommodation life satisfaction and the degree of social rehabilitation supports and whether or not they have religion appeared to be a factor that has important influence on the degree of social rehabilitation supports. Based on this study results, if the direction and task of rectifying policy is suggested, first, it should be changed to multi-culturalism rectifying policy which respects multi-culturalism, second, development and providing program and service that accept multi-cultural sensitivity, third, expansion and implementation of rectifying welfare policy for smooth social rehabilitation, fourth, development of social support network and providing information and connection is necessary.
