비침습적 측정방법을 이용한 노인여성의 안면부위별 피부 측정값

인간은 연령이 증가함에 따라 인체의 모든 생리학적 기능이 감소하게 되며, 이에 따라 노인은 가령에 의한 내인성 노화(intrinsic aging)가 발생된다. 이에 따라 탄력감소, 피지분비량 저하, 수분량 저하가 동반된다. 이에 본 연구는 광주광역시에 거주하는 노인여성 110명을 대상으로 비침습적 측정방법을 이용하여 피부표면의 유․수분, 탄력, TEWL을 측정하여 노인여성의 피부특성을 알아보고자 시도되었고, 그 결과 노인여성의 안면부위별 수분, 유분, 탄력값은 이마부위에 비해 볼 부위가 높은 것을 알 수 있었으며, TEWL값은 이마부위가 높게 나타나 볼 부위에 비해 수분손실양이 많음을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
A human being comes to be reduced all the physiological functions in a human body according to a rise in age. Accordingly, the elderly come to be created intrinsic aging by a rise in age. According to this, reduction in elasticity, drop in sebum excretion rate, and fall in moisture content are accompanied. Accordingly, this study was attempted in order to examine characteristics in the elderly female's skin by measuring sebum․moisture content, elasticity, and TEWL on the surface of skin by using the non-invasive measurement method targeting 110 elderly females who dwell in Gwangju Metropolitan City. As a result, the value in moisture, sebum, and elasticity by facial part in elderly female could be known to be higher in cheek part compared to the brow region. The value of TEWL was indicated to be high in the brow region, thereby having been able to be known to be the more loss of moisture compared to the cheek region.
