中国股票市场的历史回顾、 现阶段问题及未来展望

중국의 주식시장은 1992년 12월에 정식으로 설립된 후 지금까지 중국 경제의 투명화와 공공 이익의 제고를 위해 상당한 역할을 하며 중국의 시장경제체제를 발전시키는 데 큰 역할을 해 왔다. 본 논문의 2장은 지난 20여년의 중국 주식시장의 역사를 회고하였다. 중국 주식시장의 설립 초기 목적은 국유기업이 증시를 통한 자금조달로 어려움으로부터 탈출하는 것이었으나 현재는 시장규모가 대형화되고 제반법규가 정비되면서 국민경제의 중요한 구성원으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있는 중이다. 논문의 3장은 현재 중국의 주식시장이 처한 몇 가지 중요한 현안 즉 시장구조의 단일화, 투자자분산 그리고 현 중국 주식시장의 관리감독체제 및 그 문제점에 대해 분석을 시도하였다. 4장에서는 2장과 3장의 분석을 바탕으로 향후 지속적이고 진일보한 발전이 되도록 중국 주식시장의 향후 전망 및 개혁방향에 대한 의견을 제시하였다.
