이 연구의 목적은 뇌성마비학생을 대상으로 한 실험연구 논문들의 전반적인 경향을 분석하고, 이후 연구를 위한 시사를 얻는데 있다. 이를 위해 ‘한국연구재단’의 등재지와 등재후보지에 게재된 51편을 분석대상 논문으로 선정하여 연구의 일반 경향과 연구 설계, 중재 주제, 중재 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째 중재에 참여한 학생은 2∼3명이 많았고 경직형 유형의 학생이 많았다. 중재 환경은 특수학교교실에서 가장 많이 이뤄지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용된 설계방법은 단일집단사전사후설계가 가장 많이 사용되었고 자료 수집 방법으로 관찰을 통한 자료수집 방법이 많이 사용되었다. 셋째, 신체-운동에 관련된 주제가 가장 많이 연구되었고 심리-학습, 언어-의사소통, 일상생활, 간질에 관한 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실험에 적용된 중재의 효과를 알아보고자 양적연구의 경우 유의수준으로, 질적연구의 경우는 질적평가를 기준으로 분석하였다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 뇌성마비 연구에 대한 제안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the recent trends of intervention researches in Korea by synthesizing findings of students with cerebral palsy, in order to provide implications for future directions. 51 studies registered in Korea journals were examined. The findings are as follows. First, the number of students participated in intervention condition were mostly two or three, who were subjected in the type of rigid form. Most of interventions were examined in setting of the school classroom. Second, most of studies were implemented with single group pre-post design and direct observation. Third, most of studies were examined about physical-exercise, while some of studies about psychology-learning, language communication, daily life and epilepsy. Fourth, each of intervention effect was verified by p-value under quantitative researches, qualitative evaluation standard under qualitative researches. Lastly, a proposal for following studies on the cerebral palsy was suggested.
