신북방정책에 따른 중국물류산업의 경제적 효과 분석

본 연구는 시진핑 정부가 추진하고 있는 일대일로一带一路 프로젝트에는 한국·북한·중국·러시아 접경지역이 사업범위에 인입될 것으로 언론들이 보고하고 있고 구체적으로 협력을 추진할 수 있는 메커니즘이 확보는 물론 해당국과의 이해관계도 매우 중요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 우리정부가 추진하는 신북방정책이 중국의 일대일로 프로젝트 중 중요한 분야로 꼽히는 물류산업과의 관계에 어떤 영향을 미칠 것인지에 대한 탐색적 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 내용은 가장 최근 중국에서 발표된 투입산출표를 바탕으로 중국 물류산업에 현황을 짚어보고 물류산업에 영향을 주는 산업(후방효과)과 물류산업이 영향을 주는 산업(전방효과)에 대해 알아보았다.
Abstract
The logistics industry is usually affected by the degree of government policy support, and directly affects the growth of logistics-related industries. Since the whole society's diffusion effect of the logistics industry is quite large, the central and local governments attach great importance to the construction of the logistics industry infrastructure and continue to promote relevant policies. Recently, the new plan of the One Belt and One Road announced by the Chinese government includes the content of the connection with Northeast China, which is closely related to the new Northern policy announced by China. Therefore, this study is based on the newly introduced policy content between the two countries, using the officially published input-output table to conduct empirical analysis to produce production-induced effect coefficient, induction coefficient, influence coefficient, and then make a society related to the logistics industry. The total cost and the front industry and the rear industry related to the logistics industry. The results of this study can be used as academic materials and actual business.
