군 특성화고 산학겸임교사의 직무역량 및 직무만족도 인식에 관한 연구

Abstract

Since 2007, the Ministry of Defense has improved the military service system to acquire technical specialists needed in the military along with the paid assistant system to coordinate with military specialized high school. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of recognition job competence and job satisfaction of the joint industry - academy teachers in the military specialization high school and to analyze the perception of the educational field and to provide basic information on the effective utilization policy development of the industry-academy teacher. For this purpose, this study utilized literature and questionnaire survey methods. As of May, 2019, the survey was conducted on 39 teachers who are currently working at military specialization high schools. As a research method, frequency analysis was performed and mean, standard deviation, and t/F test method were used along with technical statistics. In addition, SPSS 18.0 program was used for the statistical processing of the survey results. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the level of job competence such as student guidance, school organization, self-management, career management, etc. of the high school teachers in military specialization college was more than normal, and the respondents' characteristics such as education level, major, rank and weekly teaching hour Respectively. Second, the job satisfaction of the military - specialization high school teachers was more than average. Among the characteristics of the respondents, meaningful results were obtained only in the age variable. That is over 51years old teachers job satisfaction indicator has higher than 41～50 years old group. Third, the level of demand for system improvement of the educational field by the military specialization high schools' teachers was more than normal. Especially, among the general characteristics of the respondents, the demand of the higher graduates for institutional improvement was high. Based on the implications of this study, it is necessary to improve institutional capacity to improve the job competence and job satisfaction of the military specialization high school and industry-academy teachers, and to contribute to the improvement of military combat power along with the training of excellent talent.
