직업인용 일 자유의지 척도 타당화 연구

초록

본 연구에서는 성인들을 대상으로 직업인용 일 자유의지 척도를 타당화 하였다. 연구 1에서는 척도의 하위요인을 탐색하기 위하여 성인 222명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과 일 자유의지(4문항), 구조적 제약(4문항), 경제적 제약(3문항) 총 11문항이 도출되었다. 연구 2는 일 자유의지 척도 문항들이 다른 직업인들의 자료를 적합하게 설명하는지를 보기 위해, 성인 200명을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또한 성별에 따라 척도의 적용에 차이가 없는지를 확인하기 위해 집단 동질성 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 11문항으로 구성된 3요인은 성인들의 자료를 적절히 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며, 성별에 따른 구인동등성이 성립되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 한국 성인들을 대상으로 한 일 자유의지 척도의 이해와 활용에의 시사점을 논하였다.

Abstract

In this study, the Work Voltage Scale was established for adults. In Study 1, an exploratory factor analysis was conducted on adult people to explore sub-factors on the scale. The exploratory factor analysis resulted in a total of 11 questions: free will to work(4 questions), economic constraints(3 questions), and structural constraints(4 questions). In Study 2, a positive factor analysis was conducted on adult people to ensure that the results derived from Study 1 adequately explain the data of other adults. In addition, a group homogeneity test was conducted to ensure that there were no differences in the application of the scales according to gender. Based on the results of this study, we discussed the implications of understanding and utilizing the free will scale for Korean adults.
