In Chinese history, the Qin Dynasty was the first emperor that unified and extended the Chinese territory as well as adopted the unified cultural policy in an extremely unequal reality of society. During the decision and executive process of the Qin Dynasty, LI SI played a major role. Therefore, when we start to study the ideology of the LI SI, to examine pros and cons in the cultural policy of the Qin Dynasty is extremely related to its insistence of the cultural policy.
Abstract
