수요자 중심의 공공서비스디자인에 대한 관심과 적용사례가 많아지고 있음에 따라, 본 연구는 부산시 서구 아미동 비석문화마을을 대상으로 원도심 관광형 도시재생지역 웨이파인딩에 대한 요소를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 사례분석을 통해 수요자 중심의 리서치 방법을 사용했다. 연구를 통해 웨이파인딩 요소를 도출하고, 기존 시설물에 대한 분석을 진행했다. 연구결과로 도출된 길(Path), 결절점(Node), 랜드마크(Land mark), 사인체계(Sign system)별로 현황을 파악했다. 또한 퍼소나로 대표되는 수요자의 동선을 따라 각 거점별 결절점을 규정하고, 콘텐츠를 정리하는 과정에서는 설문과 현장조사연구를 시행하였다. 이렇게 도출된 연구결과가 이후 원도심을 발전시키기 위한 웨이파인딩을 진행할 때 미약하나마 기초자료로 활용되기를 바란다.
Abstract
There is a growing interest in and application of consumer-centered public service design. The purpose of this study was to derive elements for the wayfinding of the urban regeneration area in the original city center through the study of the Ami-dong Biseok Culture Village in Seo-gu, Busan. The research method used a consumer-centered research method through literature research and case analysis. Through research, we derived the elements of wayfinding, and conducted an analysis of existing facilities. The current status was identified by path, node, land mark, and sign system derived from the research results. In addition, surveys and field survey research were conducted in the process of defining nodule points for each base along the line of consumers represented by Persona and organizing contents. It is hoped that the results of this research will be used as basic data, albeit weak, in the wake-up process to develop the original city center.
