『醫林撮要』의 침구법에 대한 연구

『醫林撮要』는 시기적으로 조선 중기 『東醫寶鑑』보다 앞서서 출판되었다. 그래서 이 책은 『東醫寶鑑』의 선구적인 형태를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 『醫林撮要』의 내용 중에서 특히 침구법에 대해 고찰하였다. 『醫林撮要』는 전문 한의사뿐만 아니라 일반 대중까지 볼 수 있도록 쉽게 만들어진 의학서적이다. 그러하기 때문에 『醫林撮要』에서는 복잡한 증상 분류와 복잡한 침구처방을 제시하지 않았다. 대신 간단한 방식으로 요점을 모아서 서술하였다. 따라서 『醫林撮要』는 표준화된 진료지침으로서 사용될 수 있었다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 『醫林撮要』의 침구법에서는 침보다는 뜸을 더 많이 사용하였다. 이것은 병을 완만하게 치료하려는 저자의 의도가 있으며 더 나아가 『鄕藥集成方』의 침구법을 계승한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 또한 경험을 거친 처방을 제시가 많은데 이것은 경험에 기반한 의학을 중시한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 많은 침구혈자리를 사용하지 않는 특징은 사암침법의 등장이 가능하게 된 원인으로 작용하였다.
Abstract
"Uirimchalyo(醫林撮要)" was published in advance of "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)" in the middle of the Joseon Dynasty. Therefore, this book has a pioneering form of "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)". This paper especially considered the acupuncture and moxibustion method among the contents of "Uirimchalyo(醫林撮要)". "Uirimchalyo(醫林撮要)" is a medical book made easy for the general public to see as well as professional Korean medicine doctors. Therefore, “Uirimchalyo(醫林撮要)” did not present complex symptom classification and complicated acupuncture prescriptions. Instead, It summarized the points in a simple way. Therefore, it can be seen that "Uirimchalyo(醫林撮要)" could be used as a standardized treatment guideline. In addition, in the bedding method of “Uirimchalyo(醫林撮要)”, moxibustion was used more than acupuncture. This can be seen as the author's intention to treat the disease gently, and furthermore, it inherits the acupuncture method of “Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方)”. In addition, there are many suggestions of experienced prescriptions, which can be seen as focusing on experience-based medicine. In addition, the characteristic of not using many acupuncture points served as the cause of the emergence of Sa-Ahm acupuncture technique.
