최근 수요자 서비스 개선과 비용절감을 위한 정부의 클라우드 서비스 정책 확대되고 교육부의 스마트교육 추진 전략이 구체화 되면서 교육 분야의 클라우드 서비스 조기 확산이 예상된다. 이에 따라 나이스, 에듀파인, 에듀넷 등 각종 정보서비스도 클라우드 서비스로 전환을 검토해야할 필요가 있다. 스마트교육은 개별 학생의 수준, 적성, 재능 맞는 교육을 하자는 것으로 나이스의 학생 정보와 연계가 불가피하고 학생, 학부모의 클라우드 서비스 요구가 예상되기 때문이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 아키텍처, 클라우드 거버넌스, 클라우드 정보 보안, 정보서비스 등 4가지 측면에서 나이스 클라우드 서비스 도입전략을 검토하였다. 클라우드 서비스는 아직 성숙되지 않은 상태에서 빠르게 확산되는 만큼 서비스의 안정화를 위해 체계적인 추진이 무엇보다 중요한데, 본 연구에서 제시한 아키텍처, 거버넌스, 보안, 서비스 등 4개 분야의 가이드는 향후 실행계획 수립에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
Recently, the Government's cloud service policy has been expanded to improve customer service and cost reduction, and the Ministry of Education's education promotion strategy has become concrete. As a result, cloud services are expected to spread rapidly in education. Accordingly, it is necessary to examine the conversion of various information services such as Nice, Edufine and Edunet into cloud services. Smart education is to teach individual students' level, aptitude and talent, because it is inevitable to link with student information of Nice and expects students' and parents' demand for cloud service. Therefore, this study examined the strategy of introducing the Nice Cloud service in four aspects including architecture, cloud governance, cloud information security, and information service. As cloud service is not mature yet and spreads rapidly, it is important to systematically promote service stabilization. The guide of the four areas of architecture, governance, security, and service presented in this study will be used for future plans.
