국방 클라우드 환경에서 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS)에 관한 연구

4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래하여 IT신기술이 발전하고 있으며, 이에 따라 국방 분야에서 2017년부터 국방 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하고 있다. 군과 같은 고도의 보안이 요구되는 도메인에서는 잘못 도입될 경우 국가안보에 막대한 피해가 예상된다. 따라서 국방 클라우드 환경에서의 정보보호와 기밀성을 향상하고 정보보호 거버너스를 달성하기 위한 새로운 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS)를 제안한다. 제안한 정보보호 관리체계의 효과성을 측정하고 개선하기 위해 Defense-in-Depth 기반 통제 효과성을 이용한 측정 방법 및 Dephi, AHP를 활용한 통제 효과성 측정방법을 제시한다.
Abstract
As the fourth industrial revolution era arrives, new IT technologies are being developed. As a result, defense cloud computing has been introduced in the defense sector since 2017. In a domain that requires a high level of security, such as the military, if it is introduced incorrectly, it could cause huge damage to national security. Therefore, we propose a new information security management system (ISMS) to improve information security and confidentiality in the defense cloud environment and achieve information security governance. We also introduce a measurement method using by Defense-in-Depth-based control effectiveness, Dephi and AHP to measure and improve the effectiveness of the proposed information protection management system.
