최근 한국군은 미래 중장기 소요들에 대한 과학적 우선순위 결정을 위해 능력평가(CBA) 방법론을 도입하여 발전시켜 나가고 있으며, 능력평가는 시나리오를 중심으로 전문가 설문을 통해 평가를 수행하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 시나리오는 텍스트 형태로 기술되어 있어서 문제 상황을 객관적으로 묘사하는데 제한된다. 따라서 수행 상황을 객관적으로 명료하게 설명하기 위한 수단으로 주어진 문제 상황을 글보다는 그림으로 설명하는 것이 효과적이다. 이에 문제해결방안의 하나로 본 논문에서는 ‘아키텍처를 활용한 시나리오 구축 방법론’을 제안하고자 한다.
Abstract
Recently, the Korean military has been developing the CBA methodology to determine scientific priorities for future mid-long term needs, and its ability assessment is conducted through expert surveys, focusing on scenarios. However, existing scenarios are described in text form, which is limited to objectively portraying the problem situation. Therefore, it is effective to describe a given problem situation in a picture rather than in writing as a means of objectively articulating the performance situation. As one of the solutions to the problem, this paper proposes 'Methodology for the Construction of Scenario using Architecture'.
