스마트 제조가 제조 기업의 비즈니스 모델에 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 제조가 제조 기업의 비즈니스 모델에 미치는 영향을 비즈니스 모델의 구성요소(가치 생성, 가치 전달, 가치 획득)로 나누어 살펴본다. 스마트 제조 환경에서 제조 기업의 비즈니스 모델을 혁신시키는 4가지 다른 방식은 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 기반으로 하고 있다. 이런 4가지 방식은 내부와 외부 프로세스와 고객 관계를 향상시키는 것에서 파괴적 비즈니스 모델을 통해 새로운 가치 네트워크를 생성하거나 새로운 지능형 제품과 서비스(Smart Connected Product & Service)를 생성하는 방향으로 발전 중이다. 본 논문은 4가지 경로를 비즈니스 모델 구성요소로 분석하여 제조 기업이 참조할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고, 스마트 제조 환경에서 제조 기업의 잠재 비즈니스 모델을 제시한다.
Abstract
Smart manufacturing is affecting the business model of manufacturing companies. Describe the impact of smart manufacturing on the business model of a manufacturing company by dividing it into its components (value creation, value delivery, value capturing). Four different ways to innovate the business modelof a manufacturing enterprise in a smart manufacturing environment are based on digitalization. These four approaches move from improving internal and external processes and customer relationships to creating new value networks or creating new Smart Connected Product & Services through disruptive business models. This paper analyzes the four paths as business model components and presents a model that manufacturers can refer to, and suggests potential business models of manufacturers in smart manufacturing environments.
