코로나(COVID-19)로 인해 비대면 업무가 확산되는 사회 분위기 속에서 기업들은 비대면 업무 환경 정착을 위해 다양한 변화를 시도 중이다. 그러나 비대면 업무 환경의 도입은 실시간 커뮤니케이션 중심의 서비스와 기존 대면 업무 방식의 충돌로 인해 기업의 새로운 업무 방식으로 자리잡는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 선행 연구자료와 현상분석을 통해 비대면 업무 협업시스템의 특성을 고찰하고 장애 요인을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 기업들의 비대면 서비스를 기반으로 한 전자문서 업무 협업시스템 구축과 도입을 위한 자료로 활용될 것이다.
Abstract
In a social atmosphere where the untact work process is expanding due to COVID-19, companies are changing various types of work to create a untact work environment. However, the introduction of a untact working environment is struggling to establish itself as a new business method for companies due to the conflict between real-time distant-communication and existing face-to-face business methods. This study examined the characteristics of the untact business collaboration system and analyzed the factors of obstacles through the analysis of existing research data and phenomena. The results of the study will be used as data for build and introducing an electronic document business collaboration system based on untact services of companies.
