클라우드 오피스는 디바이스 기반에서만 이루어졌던 폐쇄적인 문서작업 환경을 서버기반의 개방적인 환경으로 변화시켰다. 이제 사용자들은 특정 문서프로그램이 설치되어있는 디바이스에 종속되어 폐쇄적으로 문서작업을 수행하기 보다는 클라우드 오피스를 사용하여 디바이스의 종속에서 벗어나 언제 어디서나 문서작업을 수행할뿐만 아니라 공유까지 용이하게 할 수 있게 되었다. 서버 기반 서비스를 제공함으로써 업무 환경에 비용 대비 생산 효율성을 가져다주는 장점을 가지고 있는 클라우드 오피스는 장기적 고객관계유지를 위해 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기업들이 경쟁적으로 제공하고 있는 부가서비스가 되었다. 본 연구는, 클라우드 오피스의 기술수용성에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정과 클라우드 오피스의 시스템적 결함에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있는 추세를 반영하여 클라우드 오피스의 기술수용성에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 기술수용모형을 적용하여 클라우드 오피스 사용자의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요소가 무엇인지 구체적으로 파악하여 클라우드 오피스의 발전에 구체적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 지침을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.
Abstract
Cloud Office changes the closed document work environment based on device to open environment based on a server. Now users no longer do document work in closed place based on device. Using cloud office, users are free from subordinative environment with device and not only do document work anywhere anytime but also share it with someone. Because cloud office offers efficiency in working environment, it becomes competitive additional service to maintain long-term relationship with users in global cloude computing company. This study focused on the situation that there is few research about TAM of Cloud Office compared to Cloud Computing and some problems related system defect are raised when using Cloud Office. We studied technology acceptance of Cloud Office, and applying technology acceptance model(TAM) examined factors affecting on intent to use for Cloud Office so that offer specific guidance to Cloud Office developing.
